We’re looking for a one of a kind Event Manager to support our Campaign Services Business Unit and bring unforgettable events to life, from bold ideas, managing budgets, and aligning especially with our sales team and our external clients, to flawless execution. At Influur, events are in our DNA. From F1 Miami, to exclusive concerts & accesses, we design spaces where influencers shine and brands connect. Your Skillset
- Budget Owner: Align with the sales and the finance team to define, allocate and track promptly events budget.
- Timeline Management: Keeps projects on track by developing and maintaining detailed event timelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Aligns internal teams around shared goals and drives execution across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the main point of contact, ensuring clear, proactive updates throughout the process.
- Post-Event Analysis: Leads evaluations to assess impact and uncover areas for future improvement.
- Client & Partner Relations: Builds strong relationships with brands, influencers, and sponsors, tailoring experiences to their needs.
- Strategic Packaging: Crafts custom event packages with clear value articulation for each brand.
- Financial Coordination: Maintains P&Ls in collaboration with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Creative Input: Brings fresh experiential ideas for engaging our influencer community.
- Influencer Expertise: Collaborates closely with the influencer team to avoid repetition across events and ensures influencer selections consistently exceed client expectations for each campaign.
- Events Compliance: Ensures all event-related agreements and requirements are properly reviewed and aligned with the Legal team to guarantee compliance and clarity.

- Is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with deep roots in Miami and LatAm culture.
- Brings events leadership experience from concept to flawless execution, partnering with top brands and influencers.

- Operates with precision, attention to detail, and a calm mindset under pressure.
- Owns outcomes end-to-end — no task too small, no challenge too complex.
