About the Opportunity:
Augustine Angels is seeking experienced Executive and Leadership Coaches to support a contract with Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a U.S. Department of Energy national research facility. Coaches will work with senior and mid-level leaders to deliver tailored coaching focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, performance improvement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized leadership coaching sessions to assigned clients
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and assessments to identify development areas
- Create actionable development plans aligned with organizational goals
- Guide clients through improvements in communication, influence, and decision-making
- Report progress and outcomes using structured documentation templates
- Submit required deliverables: Individual Action Plans, Status Reports, Final Evaluations
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in executive, leadership, or management coaching
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Proven success in conducting assessments and creating development plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, empathy, and feedback delivery
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CPCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working with academic institutions, government, or research organizations is a plus
Compensation:
- Hourly rate is based on experience, certification, and area of specialization
- Applicants are encouraged to include their desired hourly compensation rate in their application
- This is a 1099 contract position (independent contractor)
