Financial Assistance Agent

Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Agents with collections experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have a great telephone manner, have the ability to identify vulnerable customers and are looking for a long term contract then we have a great role for you.

You will be supporting our client dealing with outbound and inbound calls from customer who are in financial difficulty and coming up with a resolution that works for the customer and the bank to recoup monies owed.

Start Date: Monday 12th May 2025

Day Rate: £150 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Work from Home

Working hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year's collections/financial assistance experience for a Financial Services company, ideally in secured collections
• Ability to identify and deal with vulnerable customers in an empathetic way
• Suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
