You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics such as balance sheet analysis, regulatory compliance frameworks, credit risk assessment, liquidity management, capital adequacy, anti-money laundering controls, financial reporting standards, and macroeconomic policy impacts—documenting failure modes so we can strengthen model reasoning and accuracy.

On a typical day, you will engage the model with financial institution scenarios, regulatory and compliance questions, and analytical exercises; verify factual correctness and institutional logic; assess risk-related reasoning; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and analytical depth. You may also help identify where models oversimplify financial regulations or misinterpret institutional processes.

A background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience working in banks, credit unions, regulatory bodies, financial consultancies, or related institutions is highly valued. Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge of financial systems and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
