Job Description - Financial Services Complaint Handlers

Huntswood is on the lookout for experienced Financial Services Complaint Handlers to join an exciting new project with a leading name in retail banking. If you have a background in complaint resolution, hands-on experience in retail banking and you're available to start in July or August, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career.

As a Complaint Handler, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by investigating and resolving everyday banking complaints across a variety of products including Savings, Credit Cards, ISAs, and more. This is a customer-facing role that blends phone and email communication, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact with every interaction.

Start Date:Start dates in July and August 2025

Day Rate: £150 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location:Work from home

Working hours: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) may be required, with a weekday off in lieu

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • Proven experience handling financial services complaints throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial intake to final resolution
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
