Job Description - Front End Developer for Shared Support Team, TSCM-41598

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle React Native Developer in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT
In the Shared Support team, we aim to deliver exceptional services that extend beyond traditional break-and-fix support. We focus on fostering partnerships and being proactive in our approach to help our clients grow from startups to enterprises in Europe and North America. Our goal is to build strong relationships with our clients by combining reliable support with developmental practices that enhance system reliability and adapt functionality to meet their evolving business needs.
Project is a British restaurant chain specializing in Asian cuisine, founded in London, with a focus on fresh ingredients, communal dining, and a fast-casual experience.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 4+ years of experience with React Native, Typescript
    • Experience with Vue.js will be a plus
    • Upper-Intermediate English
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and third-party vendors
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to seamlessly develop new features and enhance existing solutions
    • Strong time-management and communication skills
    • Quick learner with the ability/desire to share knowledge
    • Availability for business trips when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take ownership of resolving customer requests within SLAs, following incident, problem and change management protocols
    • Reproduce and diagnose issues that require code changes, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
    • Modify and optimize existing code to enhance system stability, performance, and maintainability
    • Ensure all changes align with technical and business requirements
    • Analyze software compliance with performance standards
    • Communicate with the development team regarding major feature development needs or issues arising from their releases
    • Evaluate and approve technical requirements with stakeholders, analyzing different implementation approaches and estimating effort
    • Create and maintain documentation to support internal teams and improve efficiency
    • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for junior developers
    • Assist Level 2 (L2) support by explaining system behavior and functionality
