Job Description: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong hands-on coding skills. The ideal candidate will excel in building scalable web applications using Node.js (back-end) and React.js (front-end), and collaborate closely with the design team to create dynamic user experiences.
Responsibilities:

Develop, refine, and implement dynamic, front-end web applications using React.js.
Build sustainable and scalable server-side applications with Node.js.
Create database schemes that represent and support business processes in MySQL.
Ensure the technical feasibility and smooth operation of UI/UX designs.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work with other team members, including front-end developers and UX/UI designers.
Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
Proficient in using MySQL or MongoDB, with a good understanding of database design and administration.
Strong proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript.
Experience with Nextjs
Experience with Nodejs
Experience with Nestjs
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
Understanding of container technologies (e.g., Docker).
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Appreciation for clean and well-documented code.

Additional Information:

This is a fully remote position.
Compensation will be in USD.
Work hours are aligned with the EST time zone (9 AM to 6 PM EST / 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time).
