• Fri: 3 PM – 6 PM MST

💰 Compensation Overview

• Training Pay: ~$1,000 for ~50 hours


• Commission Only (Post Training)


• On-Target Earnings: $48K–$64K (Part-Time)

🔑 Your Mission:

You’ll be closing warm, high-intent leads over the phone or Zoom.
You must manage a pipeline, hit revenue targets, and follow a defined sales process.

📊 Your Scorecard:

• Close Rate: 35%+


• Average Sale: $5,700


• Dollar Per Pitch: $2,350


• CRM Usage: Real-time input & accuracy

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years in a phone-based closing role


• B2C sales experience ONLY


• Proven closings of $3K+ offers


• Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline


• Commission = 50%+ of income last year


• Track record of hitting KPIs or awards


• No more than 3 roles in last 5 years (2 preferred)


• Friendly, persuasive, and ethical
