Our Client has always prioritised the development of their HR team so, due to internal progression, they are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team on a fully remote basis.
Over the next 12 months you will be involved in supporting significant transformation programmes, as well providing high quality HR administrative support to your HR and ER colleagues.
Key responsibilities include
The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD accreditation (Level 3 or 5), practical experience in HR administration, and be a confident user of HR Systems. You will be comfortable in prioritising tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business. Your desire to continually develop your knowledge and use your initiative to tackle generalist HR issues is highly valued.
