Clinical Trainer – Independent Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Trainer. This is an independent contract (1099) role with frequent travel. We are seeking a candidate with fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base. The Clinical Trainer is responsible for training a vast array of medical aesthetic technology such as RF, IPL & Laser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the clinical manager to review the training curriculum.


• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations on our company devices, to new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in their use.


• Conduct site visits to observe and evaluate trainers as a quality assurance measure, providing oral and written reports on findings as needed.


• Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase and demonstrate our devices, providing hands-on training and support to attendees.

Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential:

• Fluent in Spanish


• High School Diploma


• Experience with energy-based devices and aesthetic technology


• Aesthetician or Registered Nurse (RN, BSN)


• Passionate about aesthetic industry


• A self-motivator who is willing to grow in the industry


• Loves to travel


• Highly organized and detail oriented


• Knowledgeable and skilled in working within framework of cultural competency and patient-centered care concepts


• Work well with others
