Interim Accounts Payable Specialist

Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with an exceptional not-for-profit organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable specialist to join a supportive finance team and hit the ground running in a fully remote role.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations.
• Handling and resolving supplier queries efficiently.
• Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate must:

• Have demonstrable experience working in an Accounts Payable role.
• Be experienced in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 – this is essential.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Be a proactive self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting.
