IT Project Lead

Job Title: Project Lead

Location: Remote

Contract 

Responsibilities:

• Overall project oversight, governance, and quality assurance
• Liaison between State of Missouri, ITSD, and project resources
• Status reporting, change control, and risk management
• Ensuring timely deliverable submission and acceptance

Relevant Experience:

• 10+ years in leading public sector IT security and infrastructure programs
• Managed multiple AD/CA hardening and migration projects for government clients
• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints

The candidate has 1 year of prior experience working on government projects or within a government environment.

Skill Set:

• Program and project management (10+ years, PMP/PRINCE2 certified)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks
• Extensive experience leading state government and enterprise security projects
• Stakeholder management, risk management, escalation handling

Qualifications & Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
