IT Service Delivery Manager

Robert Walters is in partnership with an industry leading digital services business. Due to continued growth and acquisition, they are keen to appoint an IT Service Delivery Manager on a 6-month contract.

This role is Home Based. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across group. This includes aligning services with ITIL best practise, ensuing performance targets are met, drive overall customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and passion for service excellence.

IT Service Delivery Manager - Home Based: Duties

• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring high-quality support, alignment and expectations with the business
• Implement, maintain and develop ITIL 4 based service management policies, procedures, processes and standards, ensuring they are adhered to. are adhered to
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of IT services, taking action to correct any deviations from service standards, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the resolution of complaints and issues relating to IT services.
• Ensuring all IT services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Manage escalations and resolve complex IT service issues promptly.
• Conduct service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with SLA.

The contract opportunity for an IT service Delivery Manager is a 6-month contract paying a competitive day rate. This role is home based.
