As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will be overseeing associates by providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to pre-licensed mental health professionals working toward independent licensure. You will ensure ethical and competent clinical practice by offering case consultation, skill development, and professional support. Additionally, you will help associates navigate challenges, maintain compliance with licensing requirements, and uphold best practices in client care

Education:

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Certifications:
You must hold a valid license as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
