Remediation Case Handler

Huntswood is looking for Remediation Case Handlers with a wealth of complaint handling experience to join an exciting project for a wealth management company. If you have a financial services complaint handling experience, remediation experience and an understanding of wealth management advice then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: throughout October 2025

Day Rate: £169.13 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Working From Home

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Experience working in a financial services complaint handling role
• Remediation experience would be an advantage
• Wealth Management experience would be beneficial
• Suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
