Revit MEP Coordinator

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for multiple skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E contractor in a contract position, outside IR35. You will be required to work full time in London from our client’s office or remotely.

This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting stage 5 commercial project, with an experienced and motivated team.

-Hourly rate from £36-£38 (depending on experience).

-Remote working available.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services.

-Strong M&E stage 5 coordination experience.

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
