Scriptwriter - LATAM

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Scriptwriter - LATAM to join our dynamic team of experts!

XS has received numerous awards such as the “Best Multi-Asset Broker” from the Forex Traders Summit Dubai 2023 and the “Best Institutional Forex Broker” from the FinTech and Crypto Summit Bahrain 2023. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop 4 high-quality scripts per week in alignment with a 3-month rolling content calendar.


• Write engaging, creative, and platform-appropriate scripts for:


• Educational content


• Curiosity-driven content


• Interview-style content


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure scripts align with the brand’s voice, tone, and LATAM cultural context.


• Research trending topics, formats, and storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement.


• Ensure timely delivery of scripts to meet the publishing schedule.

Qualifications required:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, particularly for short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).


• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience preferences in LATAM.


• Ability to adapt writing style for different formats (educational, entertaining, interviews).


• Excellent command of Portuguese and Spanish (native/advanced); working proficiency in English is a plus.


• Strong understanding of the Brazilian, Mexican, and wider LATAM markets, including cultural and social media trends.


• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


• Prior experience with media, entertainment, or digital marketing companies is a strong advantage.
