What You Will Do
Trility Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to help our clients maximize their investment with us. You’ll do this by understanding their business, applying your skills to the project, and delivering value from day one. As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you'll leverage your breadth of experience to ensure and validate that the team frequently delivers tangible value to the client by working at the intersection of business value and technology enablement. You’ll need to understand where the client is, where they want to go, and how you and Trility can help them get there.
This is a remote position 1099 position.
What You Bring
The Senior Delivery Consultant adds advanced strategic capability, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex, high-consequence problems.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of Agile Program/Project Management experience and/or Software Product Management.
• Executive Presence: Comfortable working with senior clients and executives (VP, C-Level) in addition to individual contributors.
• Strategic Translation: High degree of business acumen, enabling the translation of complex technical constraints into clear financial and strategic implications for executives.
• Advanced Delivery: Demonstrated consulting experience across multiple industries with the wisdom to deviate from "textbook" Agile standards to suit a client's unique context.
• Complex Management: Experienced in leading complex projects, environments, and client situations, utilizing consultant "superpowers" to solve high-consequence problems.
• Advanced Risk Management: Looks beyond immediate blockers to identify systemic risks and 2nd/3rd order effects that threaten long-term roadmaps.
• Ambiguity & "Fixer" Mentality: Thrives in ambiguity, forging actionable paths where none existed. Steps in with extreme ownership to stabilize "off-track" projects and restore client confidence without assigning blame.
• Synthesizing Trends: Models "hungry" leadership by synthesizing cross-industry trends to bring novel solutions to the client.
• Strategy Bridge: Acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring daily development remains strictly aligned with key business drivers.
