Responsibilities
- Execution of design projects based on art direction from leadership
- Understand and interpret client feedback and make recommendations to solve design challenges
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new design techniques and tools to the team.
- Ensure design aligns with briefs and strategic/creative direction and brand guidelines
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with copy resources to ensure continuity between art and copy
- Revise art based on internal and client feedback
- Present art and final deliverables to internal team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience creating art and design for a variety of mediums (digital/video/print) in a marketing agency - experience with pharmaceutical clients is required
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with team members across departments.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
