Job Description - Senior ITOM Consultant (IBM Tivoli Output Manager)- 1470

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Remote (CST work hours)

Duration: 12 months

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Consultant with expert-level proficiency in IBM Tivoli Output Manager to support our enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, administration, and development within ITOM environments. Experience in data migration from legacy or third-party systems into ITOM is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead installation and configuration of IBM Tivoli Output Manager in enterprise environments
Provide advanced system administration and ongoing support
Develop custom configurations or automation scripts (as needed)
Perform data migration from external systems into ITOM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITOM

Required Skills:

Expert-level experience with IBM Tivoli Output Manager (ITOM)
Proven track record in ITOM installation, setup, and administration
Experience in data migration and integration
Development experience related to ITOM (scripting, customization, etc.) is a strong plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
