About the Role

Beta Systems International is seeking a Senior Manager to support a federal agency initiative focused on disability employment and accessibility. This role will provide subject matter expertise in workforce development policy and ensure program activities align with federal laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide policy expertise on disability employment, including ADA, Section 503, Section 508, and related federal regulations.

• Lead technical assistance efforts through webinars, roundtables, outreach events, and stakeholder sessions.

• Translate accessible technology and disability employment policy issues into clear, actionable guidance.

• Guide the development of training resources, toolkits, and outreach materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, disability advocacy groups, and public agencies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Disability Policy, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in disability employment policy, workforce development, and accessibility practices.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or similar IAAP accessibility certification.

  • PMP or Program Management Certification for candidates with extensive project oversight experience.

• Proven record of technical assistance and stakeholder engagement delivery.

• Strong understanding of federal disability employment laws and practices.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be a 12-month full-time, temporary role.
