Senior Paralegal, Law Firm

Our client is seeking a senior paralegal for an 8-9 month contract. This fully remote role is ideal for a highly skilled legal professional with a background in financial services and professional services sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of legal operations.

The successful candidate will support legal operations by optimising workflows, managing legal tech tools and improving contract lifecycle processes. They will assist with regulatory compliance, AML/KYC reviews, corporate governance, and policy development while also drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements and regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a paralegal within financial services and professional services, along with a strong background in legal operations. Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills are required along with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
