What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation 🤝
- Partner closely with hiring managers and CEO to define role requirements and build high-quality pipelines
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
- Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and reporting to ensure hiring process efficiency and data integrityInfluence hiring strategy through market insights, hiring metrics, and process improvements
- Represent the company’s brand in a compelling way across outreach, interviews, and industry eventsInterview candidates in different timezones if necessary (e.g. US, Canada)
- Since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have unique opportunities to provide feedback to shape the product!
- Work with Taiwan and US/Canada teams
- Roles you may be recruiting for: Sr. Full Stack Engineer, Wordpress Engineer, Head of Marketing, Social Media Manager, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Tech startup, agency, or fast-pace company experience
- English fluency required (Not native is 👌). Mandarin optional
- Experience in hiring software engineering roles
- Experience recruiting in Taiwan and abroadCross-time zone (with US or Canada) interviews may be needed
- Excellent communicator with high energy and enthusiasm
Working arrangement:
- Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week for the first two months. Hours may be reduced afterward depending on hiring needs.
- Hybrid: Meet in-person at Justco (coworking space) in Xinyi 1-2 times per week. The rest of the week can be remote.
