Job Brief
CC.Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiter specializing in volume recruitment to lead our high-impact recruitment efforts. This role is essential for driving large-scale hiring initiatives across various accounts, ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality candidates and maintaining an efficient recruitment process. The Senior Recruiter will independently manage complex technical and non technical recruitment tasks, delivering high-quality candidate placements. This role demands a deep understanding of the tech industry, including current trends and technologies, to effectively attract top talent and address recruitment challenges.
Duties
Volume Recruitment Management: Lead large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple accounts, developing and executing efficient recruitment strategies to meet volume hiring goals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Screen high volumes of applicants, ensuring candidates meet the required criteria and qualifications for the roles.
Process Efficiency: Optimize the recruitment process to improve time-to-hire, enhance candidate experience, and ensure data accuracy in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs, provide insights, and manage expectations on hiring timelines and outcomes.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive benchmarks to adapt strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
Volume Hiring Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale recruitment efforts across multiple roles and accounts, balancing speed and quality.
End-to-End Recruitment: Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on recruitment metrics.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and quality in recruitment processes.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
