Summary

Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a small high school caseload (approx. 5 students) on a flexible weekly schedule. Ideal for an SLP looking to add a few hours per week in a student-centered, equity-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct speech-language services for approx. 5 students (2–4 hrs/week)


• Attend IEP meetings as needed; leading meetings is rare


• Collaborate with school staff to create a consistent but flexible service schedule


• Deliver services in person or virtually, depending on availability and student needs


• Maintain documentation aligned with IEP goals

Experience You’ll Need

• Active California SLP license


• Experience supporting high school–age students


• Comfortable working independently in a low-hour setting


• Spanish/English bilingual a plus
