SQL Developer & Analyst, Teradata (EU based)

We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with strong Teradata skills, combining solid SQL/PLSQL development expertise with data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in an Agile environment, delivering high-quality solutions for data integration and asset management processes.

Asset Discovery & Management is a global solution enabling detection of IT and OT devices across the network, correlating them with additional data sources, and presenting them in GSN Workspace for review, enrichment, and record creation in GSN CMDB & IT HAM.

The solution consists of:
• Automated discovery of IT & OT assets via BMC scanning based on PTV site definitions in GSN
• Identification, correlation, and enrichment of discovered assets in a staging engine (Teradata) with data from IP Control, Cortex, SCCM, Mobile Repository, and others
• Distribution of enhanced data to workgroups for manual enrichment and record creation in GSN CMDB and IT HAM by country asset managers
• Presentation of results in myBI dashboards

Assignment Details:
• Identification, correlation, and enrichment of discovered assets in staging engine (Teradata) using multiple additional data sources (IP Control, Cortex, SCCM, Mobile Repository, etc.)
• Coding and enhancing data correlation rules to achieve 99.5%+ correlated data accuracy

Must-Have Skills:
• SQL & PL/SQL development (Teradata flavor preferred)
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience with Agile development approach/cycle
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Availability to work at least 2/3 of the time during Prague working hours

Nice to Have:
• Understanding of network principles (advantage)
