Summary/Objective
At Hogan, we are driven by the core purpose of helping people and organizations succeed using data-driven talent insights. As a Hogan Sr. Consultant, you’ll have full ownership of your client book of business, maintaining and growing relationships to make a meaningful impact at all levels across organizations. You’ll be a partner in growing strategic self-awareness among mid-to-senior-level leaders through leadership development and talent development programs as well as through the implementation of validated selection processes. Work activities include maintaining and growing client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative talent management solutions. This role involves designing and delivering consulting solutions, providing assessment feedback, conducting certification workshops, and relationship-based selling to current and new clients. In addition, as a critical team member of the Talent Solutions Consulting team, you will have a direct strategic impact on supporting the Hogan organizational objectives.
