SynergenX/Low T Center, an innovative leader in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight loss services, is seeking an experienced Supervising MD to oversee operations at 5 telehealth providers in the Texas area. As a supervising MD with SynergenX, you'll play a critical role in shaping the care and outcomes for patients seeking life-changing therapies. Qualifications and Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Family Medicine or Primary Care, hold an active MD or DO medical license in Texas, Active DEA in Texas, and have no pending or past malpractice suits. Residency in Texas is required. While experience supervising mid-level providers and familiarity with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight loss services are preferred, that is not mandatory. Candidates must be credentialed with major insurance carriers, including United Healthcare, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, and Multiplan, with support available for Tricare credentialing if needed. This flexible position requires supervising mid-level providers, reviewing provider charts and a once a month check in with your mid-levels based around your schedule!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to ensure compliance with regulations, providing medical direction and consultation as needed.
• Review and evaluate patient charts electronically, adhering to ethical, legal, and corporate policies.

EDUCATION

• Degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from a U.S. accredited institution.
• Board certified in Family med or Internal medicine is a requirement.
• DEA and Practice address within Texas also required.

Compensation:

• 1099 contract position - paid bi-monthly
• Full time provider = $12,000 per provider
• Part time provider = $6,000 per provider

**Will have 3 Full timers and 2 Part timers to start with = $48,000 annually with room to grow and earn more!!
