We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team for a 6-month temporary role, and help us scale during a period of rapid growth. If you're a hands-on, experienced recruiter with a track record in tech hiring—both local and global—this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams, including R&D, Product, and GTM (Go-To-Market) roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring plans, and advise on market trends.
  • Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Deliver a smooth, personal candidate experience from outreach to offer.
  • Conduct interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage and maintain our ATS (Comeet) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to help us improve speed and quality of hire.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced SaaS/product companies.
  • Proven success in hiring technical and GTM roles, both locally and globally.
  • A strong sourcer who’s comfortable with Boolean, AI tools, and sourcing hacks.
  • You’re confident, consultative, and proactive with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
  • Experience recruiting for the U.S. market - strong plus.
  • Available for a 6-month engagement, starting as soon as possible.
