Technical Service Provider - USA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to engagements


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships


• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors


• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives


• Identify and grow opportunities within each client and collaborate with sales teams to services and products to equip client success
  


• Act as primary services resource for each engagement assigned working with PMO and Account Management as needed


• Encourage the use of company resources to provide consistent delivery and methodology

Experience

• 2+ years of industry or other relevant experience


• Microvellum software experience is a must - REQUIRED


• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level


• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs


• Deep working knowledge of Microvellum products and services


• Ability to travel within North America and work more than 40 hours in some weeks


• Proven ability to service multiple concurrent projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail


• Excellent listening and presentation skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
