Technical Writer

Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Windsor / Remote
Remuneration: Up to £400 per day
Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation and training materials for our diverse range of products and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, training teams, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
• Create user guides, API documentation, tutorials, and other technical content that supports product usage and promotes adoption.
• Design and implement a framework that enables teams to easily update and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of all documentation to keep it current and relevant.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on how to effectively use and update documentation.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to the organisation's standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, particularly within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that engage and inform.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
