Job Title: Techno Functional PeopleSoft GL Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Till Sept 30, 2025 (With Potential For Extension)

Visa : USC/ GC only – No 3^rd Party Candidate

Client is Running PS 9.2 and Tools 8.61

Focus is on Ledger, security and configuration.

Functional Technical PeopleSoft GL Analyst

·  Experience: 10+ years working with PS GL (experience in highly customized environments is desirable)

·  Location: Remote (can work from 105 E 17th St - NY, NY 10003 if local to NYC)

·  Hours: Should be available between 9-5 PM EST (potentially after hours and weekends during close time frame)

·  Effort: 35 hours a week

·  Engagement length: July- Sept 30, 2025 (with potential for extension)

 Responsibilities

User Support & Troubleshooting

·  Resolve user issues related to journal entries, ledger balancing, and period close activities

·  Investigate and correct errors in posted journals

 Configuration & Maintenance

·  Maintain Chart Fields (e.g., account codes, departments, etc.)

·  Support configuration of ledger groups, journal sources, and journal edit/post processes

 Period-End Activities

·  Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

·  Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of journals

 System Testing

·  Support system upgrades, patches, and fixes

·  Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

 Reporting

·  Generate and validate General Ledger reports such as trial balances and account analysis using PS Query

·  Support data integrations with other systems
