Job Description - UGC Coordinators

We are inBeat, a leading creative growth agency that partners with world-class brands like Bumble, Miro, and Nordstrom. We blend data-driven paid media with authentic influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) marketing to deliver measurable results.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UGC Creator Manager to join our remote team. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need an expert who can help us scale our network of high-performing UGC creators.

This is not just about finding people to make videos. We need a strategic operator who understands the creator economy inside and out. You will be responsible for the entire creator pipeline: from sourcing and vetting niche talent to negotiating rates and managing relationships to ensure a steady flow of top-quality, on-brand content for our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Proactively sourcing and recruiting high-quality UGC creators across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  • Building and maintaining a meticulously organized database of vetted creators, tagged by niche, skills, and performance history.

  • Managing the end-to-end casting process for client campaigns, including briefing creators and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Negotiating rates and usage rights with creators to ensure fair compensation and clear deliverables.

  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies for finding "hard-to-cast" creators in niche demographics.

  • Collaborating with our internal team of creative strategists and project managers.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You have a proven track record (2+ years) as a UGC Manager, Influencer Coordinator, or Talent Manager, preferably in an agency setting.

  • You are a master sourcer who knows how to find authentic creators that aren't on every other brand's roster.

  • You are a savvy negotiator who can secure great rates and build long-term partnerships.

  • You are obsessively organized and comfortable using tools like Airtable, Notion, or other CRMs to manage a large volume of talent.

  • You have a keen eye for what makes content compelling and perform well on social media.
