Job Summary:
YMM Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for cleaning private residences according to company standards, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard

• Follow client-specific instructions and preferences

• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with clients and coworkers

• Uphold YMM Cleaning’s commitment to punctuality and reliability

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
