Its Peachy Clean is a cleaning company based in Houston, TX. We specialize in standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. We're currently hiring experienced and dependable cleaning professionals to join our growing team of independent contractors.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no forced dispatching, and the freedom to accept jobs based on your availability. You’ll service homes across the Houston area and earn competitive pay plus tips.

We also plan to expand into route-based cleaning and additional cleaning services in the future — with higher-paying opportunities as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality cleaning services for residential clients

• Follow standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning checklists

• Communicate professionally when needed with clients and team

• Take before-and-after photos for each job for quality control

• Travel reliably to various job locations in your own vehicle

• Provide and maintain your own cleaning tools and products

Compensation

• $17/hour per job (based on estimated job length, not clock-in/out time)

• Keep 100% of your tips

• Paid biweekly

• Flexible scheduling — work only when you're available

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor

• Professional cleaning experience required

• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment

• Reliable transportation to reach job locations on time

• Smartphone to receive job details, take photos, and stay in contact

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and follow directions
