Resort Pool Bartender - Seasonal

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Outdoor Pool Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests while ensuring a high standard of service.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience

- Take orders and accurately process payments

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Serve outdoor pool cabanas

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience preferred

- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications

- Able to work in outdoor seasonal weather conditions
