Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week

Shift Type: Nights

Rate: Travel: $2,160/36-hours Local: $2,077/36-hours

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.

Current Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts.

BLS and ACLS required; NRP and PALS preferred.

Inpatient or acute care experience preferred.

Strong critical thinking, ventilator management, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess, treat, and monitor respiratory patients.

Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizations, and airway management.

Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen.

Perform and interpret ABG analysis.

Educate patients and families on care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Maintain EMR documentation and ensure compliance.

Respond to respiratory emergencies and code blues.
