Returns Associate - Seasonal

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6^th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States.  We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California.

Job Summary

The Returns Associate is responsible for processing or putting up all returns coming in the warehouse from our customers and warehouse damages 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Sort all cartons by customer RA#
• Receive credit in before it can be processed
• Determine if the product is good for restock or return to vendor
• Scan items and enter quantity by UPC code
• Sort items after scanned in RTN Bin or vendor box

Supervision:

This position is frequently supervised by the Returns Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Skills Required:

• Some Computer skills
• Math skills
• Willing to follow instructions
• Able to make sound decisions
• Lifting, standing, bending, and twisting (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
