Requirements:

Active RN license (state -specific)

PACU or perianesthesia nursing experience

BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred

Prior charge or leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide charge nurse oversight for PACU/perianesthesia operations

Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and daily assignments

Deliver and oversee post -anesthesia nursing care and recovery

Monitor patient status and respond to post -anesthesia complications

Serve as a clinical resource and support to nursing staff
