  • Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week

  • Rate: Travel: $2,466/36-hours Local: $2,376/36-hours



Requirements:



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.

  • BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.

  • Critical care or ICU experience preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking, hemodynamic monitoring, and crisis management.



Responsibilities:



  • Deliver specialized care to critically ill MICU patients.

  • Monitor vitals, hemodynamics, and life support.

  • Administer medications, IV drips, and therapies.

  • Manage emergencies and critical situations.

  • Educate patients and families on care plans.

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams.

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliance.
