Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week

Shift Type: Nights

Rate: Travel: $2,466/36-hours Local: $2,376/36-hours

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.

BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.

Critical care or ICU experience preferred.

Strong critical thinking, hemodynamic monitoring, and crisis management.

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized care to critically ill MICU patients.

Monitor vitals, hemodynamics, and life support.

Administer medications, IV drips, and therapies.

Manage emergencies and critical situations.

Educate patients and families on care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliance.
