RN Home Care 1 year experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to provide home care services in Macomb, MI and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans and physician orders.


• Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and response to treatment.


• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.


• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.


• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.


• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license.


• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related settings.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Macomb and surrounding areas.
