RN Home Care

University Home Care is currently seeking a dedicated RN for our Home Care services in/around Sterling Heights MI. As an RN Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


• Monitor and report changes in patient condition


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care


• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan


• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
