University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide exceptional in-home nursing care across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. This role involves delivering personalized patient care, supporting recovery, and promoting health education in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes accurately.


• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Home Health experience preferred but not required.


• Strong assessment and communication skills.


• Ability to travel to patient homes within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing care.
