Requirements:

Home Health experience

Valid drivers license and car insurance

Copy of agency's IL nursing license

Will consider someone with strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience

OASIS and start of care experience - preferred

Manager is wanting to review local candidates! If the candidate is too far from the territory they will redirect.

COVID card/status

Illinois license
