RN Home Health Kinnser Experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN with Kinnser Home Health software experience to join our team providing in-home nursing care to patients in Ida and the surrounding areas. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while enjoying flexibility and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans.


• Utilize Kinnser Home Health software to document patient visits, assessments, and care provided accurately and timely.


• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.


• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions, medications, and treatments.


• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.


• Adhere to all regulatory and company policies, maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience with Kinnser Home Health software.


• Previous home health nursing experience preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Ida and surrounding areas.
