  • Schedule: 12 Hours/Day; 36 Hours/Week

  • Shift Type: Nights

  • Rate: Travel: $2,466/36-hours Local: $2,376/36-hours






Requirements:



  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.

  • BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.

  • Stepdown, IMCU, or critical care experience preferred.

  • Strong assessment, telemetry monitoring, and critical thinking skills.






Responsibilities:



  • Provide care for acutely ill stepdown patients.

  • Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms, and telemetry.

  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.

  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans.

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams.

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control.

  • Respond to emergencies and manage complications.
