• $18–$20/hour + leasing commissions 
• Annual performance raises (up to 5%)

• Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins
• Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy
• Ensure model apartments and show units are tour-ready
• Track traffic, market trends, and competitor activity
• Maintain resident files (physical and digital) in YARDI
• Support marketing and outreach efforts
• Step in to support communities during high-demand periods

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing OR strong customer service/sales experience
• Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards
• Tech-savvy; experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who can step into new environments and perform immediately
