Job Description - Sales & Events Specialist

Are you ready to support a high-performing sales team and bring Liberty Software’s presence to life at trade shows and events? In this dynamic role, you’ll manage inbound inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate logistics that ensure every event runs seamlessly. From handling customer communications to orchestrating show details, you’ll be the go-to resource for smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Please Note:
This is an in-person role based in our Southlake, TX office.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM

  • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including deliverables, vendor services, and pre/post-show surveys

  • Distribute event details and manage special requests for each show

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and third-party vendors

  • Support execution of show-related marketing campaigns and social media initiatives

  • Represent Liberty Software at local, state, and national trade shows as needed


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, or event coordination, or other transferable roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach

  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Zoho or Salesforce also relevant)

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to meet KPIs

  • Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills

  • Collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% including a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain auto insurance as required by law.
