Job Description - Sales Development Representative


We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives in Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago to bring the De Soi brand to life in key markets. You'll be our on-the-ground connector opening new doors in both on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-premise (retail, grocery, bottle shops). Drawing from industry norms, this role is commission-based, highly autonomous, and focused on execution, merchandising, demos, and closing new accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect & Acquire: Identify and pitch to potential accounts—retail, specialty, hospitality.
  • Close & Execute: Drive deals across the pipeline, ensuring initial orders are placed before commission payout.
  • Merch & Demo: Set up planograms, manage shelf resets, coordinate product demos, mirroring field sales best practices.
  • Account Onboarding: Support initial product setup, educate staff, ensure brand standards in-store.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with store managers, buyers, and bar staff.
  • Territory Reporting: Log calls, orders, merchandising activities, and market intel consistently aligned with structured field ops.
  • Event Participation: Attend tastings, industry events, and demos as needed.
About You:
  • Entrepreneurial 1099 mindset with strong self-discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years CPG or beverage field sales or merchandising experience.
  • Comfortable being paid strictly via commission - earn as you close.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems or handheld reporting tools.
  • Passion for wellness, non-alcoholic beverages, and creating brand moments.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule and expenses.
