Sales Rep - Retail

We are seeking a Sales Representative comfortable being the sole sales member and excited about building and proving the go-to-market strategy for our new brand. You’ll actively pursue new accounts, build retailer relationships, and drive initial sales growth. An entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven work style are critical.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new retail accounts and distribution channels.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to validate our GTM approach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners.

• Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies.

• Provide market feedback to inform product and business decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail.

• Comfortable working independently as the sole salesperson.

• Proven ability to open new accounts and build relationships from scratch.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
